      WARRANTY POLICY

      Symplex International LLC provides warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Abuse, modification, alterations, or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims. All products are covered against manufacturer defects and are not covered for normal wear and tear. Consumable items such as towels, pads, and applicators will be covered against defects for their average useful life as defined by Adam’s Polishes. Partial credit is possible in place of non-warranty returns or items returned in a condition indicative of improper or unintended use. Warranty and guarantee apply to the original owner only and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

       

      RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE

      Items returned to Symplex International LLC for warranty, guarantee, or satisfaction claims must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form. To obtain the Return Authorization Form, please contact our customer service team by emailing sales@symplex.us Items returned without Return Authorization or proof of purchase may not be processed.

      Customer is entitled to their choice of an exchange for like items, refund, or store credit, pending review of the items and reason for return is evaluated by a member of Symplex International LLC customer service team.

      Apparel may be exchanged or returned on items that are in new condition (worn or washed items not accepted) and must be returned within 30 days after the delivery date.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10975 E. 55th Ave. Unit E, Denver CO 80239, United States 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
